1. Return Eligibility
At BeautyVisa.in, every order is manually checked by our staff before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Only damaged products are eligible for return.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or non-damaged products.
2. Incorrect Items
We take extra care to never send incorrect items, as every order is manually checked before dispatch. However, if an incorrect product is ever received, please contact us, and we will take care of it immediately.
3. Refund & Replacement
If your return is approved, you can choose between:
✅ A replacement for the same product.
✅ A store credit to use on your next purchase.
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
Refund for COD Orders
- If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will only refund the product amount (excluding shipping charges).
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after return approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
❌ Non-damaged products.
❌ Opened or used beauty & personal care items.
❌ Items purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Deal of the Day offers.
❌ Free gifts and promotional items.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Call/WhatsApp or Email with your order number and clear product images. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or store credit.
No, we only accept returns for damaged products. If the item is not damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will only refund the product amount. The shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after return approval.
