2. Orders & Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders are subject to verification before shipping.
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed, but cancellations are allowed before shipment.
  • BeautyVisa.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We accept orders from all over India, with super-fast delivery in Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, and Madhya Pradesh.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹799.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email once your order is shipped.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • We only accept returns for damaged products, and return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for incorrect items, as all orders are manually checked before dispatch.
  • Refunds for COD orders will only cover the product amount, not shipping charges.
  • Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after return approval.

  • A free gift is included with every order, regardless of order value.
